Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing in person and telehealth counseling services in Hermosa Beach as well as throughout the state of CA. I’m passionate about helping children, teens, adults, families, and couples untangle difficult life challenges. I believe that each person has the ability to make meaningful changes in their life, and through therapy, can get closer to their most authentic self.

Whether it be your first time in therapy, or you’re an expert, therapy doesn’t need to feel nerve-wracking. In the therapy room, I meet you where you are, with a warm, inviting approach. As your therapist, I will help you identify your strengths and gain the courage to challenge yourself to help you get “unstuck” from current difficulties.
